Update due to Covid 19
Parcels can not be refunded should they turn up later then the expected delivery day (highly likely with parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland) Do not order if you do not agree with this. This is stated to you in the checkout process before any money is taken.
Any Customers not completely satisfied with their goods must keep their baits frozen and send back to us on a next day service to receive a full refund.
Refunds cannot be issued if your order arrives defrosted. Although 99% of parcels turn up in a frozen state, we can not be held responsible for any defrosted baits due to courier delays that are out of our hands due to weather etc. and is the customers choice and risk when ordering frozen goods online.
