Update 2020 -

Due to covid 19 some changes to these terms apply.

1. Parcels can not be refunded should they turn up later then the expected delivery day (highly likely with parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland) Do not order if you do not agree with this.

2. Parcels will now be delivered with no contact so no signature is required instead the driver will just take your name, may take a photo or leave in a place that you decide on.

3. We can only deliver 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

4. Any Collections must be done at the door no one can come into the building.

To maintain freshness and top quality of baits all fish are vacuum packed and blast frozen.

Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives with you in great condition, all orders are packed into extremely efficient polystyrene boxes, packed out with fast fill foam and gel ice packs to ensure that they leave us in excellent condition.
Please note that the more solid products you order such as Squid the better the frozen state on arrival.

Delivery

Due to the nature of our products all orders will be dispatched on a next day delivery service (day of customers choice), orders will be securely packed in a polystyrene box with ice blocks too keep all baits in best possible condition.

Signature will be required on delivery (Unless requested otherwise) ie. Special instructions to leave in a secure place, however please bare in mind the longer you leave your parcel the more likely your baits are to start to defrost. Customer must take full responsibility.

If you have ask us to leave notes for the driver such as "leave in wheelie bin" you must take full responsibility of your parcel, as we can not replace any parcels with such notes if it goes missing.

When paying remember to use box provided to inform us of the date you would like your order to be delivered, plus any other special instructions.

All orders will be sent on a next day delivery service with UK Mail. Delivery days between Tuesday - Friday (Saturday delivery at an extra charge of £12 on top of standard delivery cost) delivery hours between 8am-6pm.

AM Delivery Option - Please note that we can not be held responsible for a late delivery from our courier when selecting the AM option as it is not 100% guaranteed, we do not recommend using the service if you have to leave your house at 12pm.

Couriers cannot collect at the weekend so Monday deliveries are not an option.

Changes to order

We can not add baits to orders or change order items once the order has been placed. If you want to buy more baits you would need to place a new order.

Returns/Refunds

Any Customers not completely satisfied with their goods must keep their baits frozen and send back to us on a next day service to receive a full refund.

Refunds cannot be issued if your order arrives defrosted. Although 99% of parcels turn up in a frozen state, we can not be held responsible for any defrosted baits due to courier delays that are out of our hands due to weather etc. and is the customers choice and risk when ordering frozen goods online.

Sell By Dates

Please ignore our baits sell by dates, this does not affect our baits quality if out of date, solely for the attention of anyone wishing to use for human consumption. Baits are sold for fishing purposes only.
