SVF nanoplus brings a remarkable weight to power ratio but it is X45 that elevates the benefits by optimising the casting energy and torque control of what are exceptionally responsive and versatile rods.
However, it is the feel that our team focused on when designing the range. The transmission through the blank is enhanced by the Fuji Titanium/SiC guides and the Fuji TVS reel seat. The foregrip has also been kept short to allow finger tip reach onto the blank, ensuring near perfect detection during the retrieve.
Additional power and control within the butt are delivered via Braiding X, adding tubular stability during the cast or leaning into fish. For that perfect rod curvature V-Joint Alpha allows seamless flex but with superior strength.
The five model range is also well considered, starting with a 7’10” edition well suited to Kayak work and two casting weight options at 9’. When larger lures are called for the 9’6” model offers a 12-42g casting weight range.
Put simply, Labrax means Bass.
