- Although 99% of parcels turn up in a frozen state, we can not be held responsible for any defrosted baits due to courier delays that are out of our hands due to weather etc. and is the customers choice and risk when ordering frozen goods online.
- To maintain freshness and great quality our baits are vacuum packed and blast frozen.
- Baits will be dispatched overnight, via APC or UPS and will be securely packed into an insulated box with ice blocks to keep all parcels in best possible condition.
- Signature will be required on delivery unless requested otherwise ( This has been suspended due to Covid 19).
- Whilst checking out you will be prompted to pick a nominated day of delivery to ensure you are at the given address when bait arrives.
- The option to leave with a neighbour or store in a safe place is also possible - please state this when checking out in the provided 'delivery instructions' box. This is at your own risk and we can not be responsible for loss or theft.
- Mainland UK customers will receive FREE delivery when spending £100 or over on goods.
- Bait can be ordered at anytime for nominated day delivery however our couriers delivery days are between Tuesday-Friday Delivery hours are between 8am - 7pm.
- AM delivery is a option carrying an extra £5 charge (Please allow 30mins after 12pm for traffic etc.) Please note that we can not be held responsible for a late delivery from our courier when selecting the AM option as it is not 100% guaranteed, we do not recommend using the service if you have to leave your house at 12pm.
- If requesting a next day delivery service please note deadline for this is 12pm (mid day).
- If you qualify for Free Delivery, Discounted Delivery or a Free Product this will be displayed in shopping cart and is added automatically.

- Parcels sent to the above locations are all sent on a Next Day (Nominated day) service although some times may take up to two days for you to receive.
- For this reason we ask that all customers at these locations take full responsibility of their parcel.
- We will pack these parcels with extra ice blocks and keep a track of there journey to you.

- Parcels to the Isle of Man are sent on a 48hr service which is the only available service and WILL take two days.
- For this reason we ask that all customers from Isle of Man take full responsibility of their parcel.
